Initial consultation meeting with the couple to determine the current status of their planning, and to help us understand your vision
One last meeting 10 days prior to wedding to go over any changes and finalize details
Unlimited communication via phone/text/email 24/7
Handle vendor communications starting 30 days prior to wedding date
Create Timeline and distribute accordingly
Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set-up on wedding day, such as place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, favors etc…
Run wedding rehearsal if Officiant/Venue is not doing so
Coordinate all vendors for set up of ceremony and reception, Cake and Flower delivery-Etiquette + Protocol Advice
Oversee and manage all décor set up and tear down
Oversee and manage timing of all the events of your day
Ensure that all Wedding Gifts make it to the appropriate location of the couple’s choosing
